Teams race for CHIP
On a recent Saturday, Towne Place at Greenbrier was filled with teams ready to compete in the Amazing Race hosted by the Comprehensive Health Investment Project (CHIP). CHIP teamed up with the City of Chesapeake and the Chamber of Commerce to kick off their version of the hit CBS show The Amazing Race. Participates came to race and show their support for an admirable cause. CHIP, receiving all proceeds of the race, believes that building a healthy community is first accomplished by building a healthy child.
